• Return of goods is subject to prior written approval and may be subject to inspection and handling charges.
   
• All intellectual property, schematics, source files, and documentation remain the property of Kaos Technology LTD unless otherwise stated in a signed contract.
   

Purchases

All purchases made by Kaos Technology LTD are governed by the following terms:

• Purchase Orders (POs) issued by Kaos Technology LTD must be formally accepted by the supplier. Verbal agreements are not binding.
   
• Suppliers must ensure timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with agreed specifications.
   
• Changes to delivery date, price, or specifications must be approved in writing before dispatch.
   
• All invoices must reference the correct PO number and be addressed according to the PO instructions.
   
• Kaos Technology LTD reserves the right to reject non-conforming or defective goods and to return them at the supplier’s expense.
   
• Suppliers must treat any specifications, designs, or documents received as confidential and not disclose them to third parties without prior written consent.
   

Warranty

Unless otherwise specified in writing, Kaos Technology LTD provides a 12-month warranty on manufactured products against material and workmanship defects under normal use. This does not cover misuse, modification, accidental damage, or failure caused by third-party components.

Limitation of Liability
